Georgetown University Hospital has been named among the nation’s Best Hospitals by U.S. News and World Report magazine in 2003, and is the only hospital in Washington, DC to have earned the prestigious Magnet Status recognizing superior nursing care. This status has been awarded to less than 2% of the nation’s hospitals.
